• Focus session timer with progress tracking
• Mood-based background music
• AI voice companion for encouragement and check-ins
• Session notes and analytics

2. Account Registration

To use Focus Double, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate information during registration
• Keep your account credentials secure
• Be at least 18 years old or have parental consent
• Accept responsibility for all activity under your account

3. Pricing

Free tier: Core focus features available at no cost.

Pro tier: $14.99/month or $99.99/year for premium ADHD support features

• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled
• Cancel anytime from your account settings
• No refunds for partial billing periods
• Prices may change with 30 days notice

4. User Responsibilities

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any illegal purpose
• Share your account with others
• Attempt to reverse engineer or hack the service
• Use automated tools to access the service
• Interfere with other users or the service infrastructure

5. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of Focus Double are owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without permission.

Your session notes and personal data remain yours. We do not claim ownership of content you create.

6. Limitation of Liability

Focus Double is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of data or productivity
• Service interruptions or downtime
• Actions taken based on AI-generated content

Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the past 12 months.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time from settings. Upon termination, your data will be deleted according to our Privacy Policy.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration, except where prohibited by law.
